Why Did TD Select Alumax Panel Inc?

It all began with a highly requested, and very specific green shaded panel. One that can now be found at multiple TD branches across the province. What is more unique and striking than this neon green? It is certainly reserved for a reputable brand that is so recognizable. Alumax Panel decided to take on the project of customizing its innovative composite panels into a new shaded green just for this client. The customization of this material is one of the many benefits. There is a wide range of shapes, cuts, designs, and versatility of color.

TD branches found another bonus in selecting Alumax Composite Panels: the cost they initially incurred would be the only one they would have to account for. With the product’s internal durability, combined with Alumax Panel’s unparalleled warranty, there is no worry about maintaining the exterior anymore.

The TD Auto Insurance in Mississauga, Ontario, has never looked better. The best part was that the compliments received on the innovative green color were strictly only the beginning.

These panels highlighted many of the physical benefits regarded as essential in 2019 by designers and architects alike: flat, modern, sleek, and highly specified to the client and individual project.

Alumax Panel partnered with various contractors such as MMD Construction as the renovation and redesign requests came in from TD Auto Insurance. The materials used were Aluminum Composite Panels, also known as Aluminum Composite Material (ACM). They are advanced building materials that contain layers of aluminum sheets filled with a core of non‐toxic, Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE). Alumax Composite Panels are also filled with a non‐flammable (FR) core, making them the ideal fire‐resistant material for all projects. Aluminum is inherently resistant to corrosion, yet each Alumax Composite Panel is also coated with Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF), making it weather resistant and suitable for exterior building application. This ensured that TD branches now have the safest ACM panels at its location!

Setting the aesthetic and performance values of ACM aside, the accuracy and speed of installation by the Alumax Panel team was one of the recurring comments from the client.

As the only fully Canadian supplier in North America, Alumax Panel delivers from its local warehouse in Richmond Hill, Ontario. This allows for the shortening of the order lead time from 6 – 8 weeks, to a matter of days.

Combining the location, to the in-house advanced CNC machinery, a team of highly trained installers, and the result is the fabrication of hundreds of square feet per day.

TD has been partnering with Alumax Panel for over a year since its first project. With major branches in Mississauga, Scarborough, North York, and Hamilton using trusted ACM to renovate. The cities of Richmond Hill and Oakville are now on their way. Not only has TD Auto Insurance put their trust onto Alumax Panel’s ACM, but a variety of TD branches have begun to also show interest.

The aesthetic benefits, the functionality of Aluminum Composite Panels, and the in-house fabrication combined with the fast installation make Alumax Panel Inc. the go-to ACM supplier in Canada. Servicing clients as big as TD, BMO, Sport Chek, and as local as our residential community homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area. Customers are treated with the same respect, urgency, and professionalism no matter the size of the project.
