Project Overview

Westview Condos, a long-term care residence by Devonleigh Homes in Orangeville, are luxurious residences in the heart of Riddell Village. Devonleigh Homes and Alumax Panel have a longstanding relationship of over six years. We were consulted on the design and product selection.

The light walnut ACM Panel combined with our walnut finish Cedarminum, was chosen to maintain the charm and appeal of the building and the community. Our Cedarminum, extruded siding in wood finish, combines the richness of wood with the durability of aluminum. This aluminum wood siding requires minimal maintenance and will not rot or fade over time, making it a great economical and long-term option for this long-term care home.
